Eduardo Garcia
- Principal
Brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the Civil Infrastructure Sector in Construction. Mr. Garcia has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. In addition to multiple state relevant certifications to include OSHA and ATSSA. His experience with construction estimating, finance and scheduling allows for superior oversight and management of all our construction projects.
Yanelle Garcia
- Chief Financial Officer
Brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Commercial Insurance and Construction Administration. Her detail-oriented experience and knowledge create a point of assistance and mentorship for our staff. Her relationships throughout the industry allow for a clear and transparent passage through any challenges that might arise.
Oscar Garcia
- Project Manager
Oscar leads the company in project pursuits and project management. His experience and knowledge gained from field experience and administrative experience provides the Garcia team with great expertise on all phases of a construction infrastructure project. His detailed oriented skills provide a great resource for problem solving and solution implementation. Mr. Garcia’s knowledge is combined with hands on field experience, consulting experience and project management experience.
Michael Romero
- Construction Manager
Mike oversees all field construction operations. His approach as a team player creates great collaboration with all involved. His experience in consulting and construction operations allows him to lead by example and work out issues before they become a concern. Mike believes in rapid response and proactivity in all involved.
In addition, the Garcia Civil team is comprised of highly skilled and experienced foremans and trademens who are versed in FDOT, City and County construction specifications. With safety and quality having the utmost importance, the Garcia Civil team is consistently providing excellent results on time.
The Administration team provides critical support to our vendors, suppliers and customers allowing us to maintain collaborative partnerships. Communication with all parties involved in a project is key to successful results on time and on budget.
