We are seeking an experienced MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) Foreman to oversee all traffic control operations for heavy civil roadway and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be traffic control certified, possess strong leadership skills, and have experience implementing and maintaining safe work zones in accordance with state and local regulations. This position is responsible for supervising MOT crews, ensuring compliance with project plans, and maintaining the safety of the traveling public and construction personnel.
