The Grading Foreman is responsible for supervising grading crews, coordinating equipment and manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and productive job site. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of excavation, embankment, fine grading, drainage, and site preparation, along with proven leadership experience in heavy civil construction.
