Mr. Garcia has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. In addition to multiple state relevant certifications to include OSHA and ATSSA. His experience with construction estimating, finance and scheduling allows for superior oversight and management of all our construction projects.
